For our Security team, we only employ SIA licensed guards who have already undergone rigorous checks that allow them to work within the security industry. Our guards are vetted by our management team, a number of whom have had careers in the police force and who understand the requirements for the security industry. All of our management team hold SIA licences and have been trained to ensure they understand all legislation required for providing efficient security services.

For our other teams, we hire motivated and enthusiastic personnel who share and align with Starwrick’s vision of working with and providing superior service delivery to our esteemed customers.
All of our staff and service managers are CRB checked by Starwrick Group before they are able to undergo any work for us. In addition individuals must be dedicated, courteous, self-sufficient and flexible and be able to complete all administrative tasks as professionally as required.
